CARBON PANEL HEATERS
This HigherDose full spectrum infrared sauna employs a system of carbon panel heaters to achieve full-spectrum infrared coverage. The use of carbon panels is a newer technology compared to older ceramic heating systems.
Ceramic heaters are cheaper to manufacture, generate lots of infrared heat, but are brittle and can fracture easily. Carbon heaters employ a more advanced technology. These heaters are incredibly energy efficient, durable, and deliver more uniform heat distribution throughout the sauna cabin.

REMOVABLE BENCH
We love this feature. The 3-Person sauna comes with a removable bench. This allows you to free up space if you want to use the sauna for stretching or performing exercises. Once you take the bench out there’s plenty of standing room available.
And, with an interior height of 74″ inches anyone under 6 feet 2 inches will be able to stand upright. This feature works really well for post-workout recovery. By removing the bench you have the room needed to perform standing stretching and flexibility exercises.
