The exterior has been made using a durable amide fabric in place of the more common PU outer layer. The amide fabric is durable, heat resistant, non-toxic, and looks great.

The Gizmo Supply 3 Zone infrared sauna blanket is a solid performer. It is made from durable materials and is very easy to operate. Its biggest selling point is its three independent heating zones that allow you to target specific areas of the body.
It is smaller than the other blankets on this list and may not be a good fit for anyone over six feet tall. Also, its maximum operating temperature is lower than its competitors coming in at 158°F. However, we feel it does a great job and is worth your consideration if these minor issues do not put you off.

INTENSE FAR-INFRARED HEAT
The LifePro sauna blanket generates impressive heat. It has a temperature range of 77–176°F. That works out at 25-80°C. Plenty of heat to warm you to the core and get you sweating out toxins. And, it heats up quickly. So you won’t lose time waiting around for the blanket to heat up.
This infrared blanket works great for relaxation and destress at the lower end of its temperature range. And, for sweating, detox, and increased cardiovascular activity at the higher end. All you have to do is select your preferred temperature and let the Rejuvawrap X do its thing.
5-LAYER CONSTRUCTION
The blanket has been constructed using a 5-layer design. The central layer is the heart of the device. It contains a carbon fiber infrared heating element that generates far-infrared light energy. On either side of this are comforting cotton laters.
These cotton layers provide a physical barrier that protects and separates the hot infrared heating coil. On either the interior side there is a waterproof Oxford fabric layer that rests next to your clothed body. And, on the exterior, there is a robust, non-toxic, PU leather layer for durability and structural integrity.

EASY TO USE
This infrared sauna blanket is a breeze to use. Just roll it out, plug it in, and power it on. All you have to do is set it to whatever temperature you wish and allow 5-10 minutes for it to heat up. There’s a timer feature you can use to set an automatic shut-off in case you fall asleep. And, you can choose any time period between 5-60 minutes.
It’s all controlled using a well-designed and intuitive handheld controller. The device allows you to power on/off the blanket and set a temperature and duration of the session in minutes. Arrow up and down keys are used to change a digital reading for both temperature and time.
Even better, it comes with dual arm ports. This means you don’t have to unzip the blanket to free your arms and reach outside. You can just slide them through the ports and reach for the controls, your phone, or a glass of water. We love this feature and hope it’s something we’ll see more frequently across the board in all sauna blanket designs.
MATERIALS & DESIGN
The LifePro Rejuvawrap sauna blanket is made from robust and water-resistant polyurethane leather. It has a sleek design and appealing aesthetic. The sauna blanket comes in an all-black color scheme with some Life Pro branding at the front rear and top areas.
The blanket measures 71” x 36” inches in size and has a circumference of 65” inches. This is ample room for most people and will accommodate most body shapes and sizes. It weighs just 16 pounds, making it ideal for taking on the road and using when you’re away from home.
THE EXTRAS
The LifePro sauna blanket is shipped with a pack of fice silver foil detox bags. The idea is you climb inside the bags when using the blanket and they increase your sweat and detox levels. A bit like a boxer in a sauna trying to lose weight before a weigh-in.
We’re not sure how effective these actually are. And, you’ll find you shed plenty of sweat at the higher temperature settings without them. Additionally, it comes with a large fluffy towel you can use to wipe away sweat and dry the blanket after use. Or, you can roll it up and use it as a headrest.
And, the whole thing is packed inside a handy carry bag with two handles. If you want to take the blanket on the road or want to pack it away neatly when not in use – you’ll find this bag does just what you need.
THE BOTTOM LINE
The LifePro Rejuvawrap sauna blanket is a solid performer. It’s worthy of a place in our runner-up section of best sauna blanket reviews 2024. While it ticks many boxes, we feel it doesn’t quite hit the heights of our top-reviewed blankets above.
It generates impressive heat (77–176 °F) and will have most people working up an intense sweat quickly. And, it works well for relaxation at lower heat levels and sweating and detox at higher heat levels. The addition of the five detox foil wraps is a nice touch – but we’re not sure how effective these are.
The build quality is pretty good. It uses a 5-layer design with the heating element contained in the central layer and encased in cotton comforting layers. The dimensions work well and it has a total length of 71” inches and a usable circumference of 65” inches. Overall, it’s worth a look. Especially if you’re on a budget.

CAN YOU LOSE WEIGHT WITH A SAUNA BLANKET?
Do infrared sauna blankets help you lose weight? Infrared sauna is an excellent therapy for a wide range of health benefits but be wary of claims that it can help with weight loss. They are not suitable for long term weight loss.
There is very little evidence to suggest sauna of any type can assist long-term weight loss. A sauna body wrap will cause sweating and result in short term water weight loss. But this must be replaced quickly to avoid dehydration.
